Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Residency in or around Los Angeles, CA, with evidence of a consistent and stable professional trajectory.
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing service and repair.
- Proven ability to diagnose and remedy plumbing issues in commercial settings.
- Robust knowledge of commercial plumbing infrastructures and familiarity with essential service tools and methodologies.
- The capability to operate autonomously and collaboratively is marked by a proactive disposition and adept problem-solving skills.
