Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial plumbing and HVAC engineering projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, designers, and contractors, ensuring seamless integration of plumbing and HVAC systems with other building components.
- Develop comprehensive project documentation, including designs, specifications, cost estimates, and schedules.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure installations align with design specifications and industry standards.
- Identify potential challenges and bottlenecks in projects and devise efficient solutions.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and other team members, fostering professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Residency in or around Orange, CA, is mandatory.
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or higher.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial Plumbing/HVAC Project Engineering.
- Proven expertise in Revit and HAP software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, adept at liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A consistent and dependable work history that showcases commitment and reliability.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal building codes and standards of plumbing and HVAC systems.
