Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial plumbing and HVAC engineering projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, designers, and contractors, ensuring seamless integration of plumbing and HVAC systems with other building components.
  3. Develop comprehensive project documentation, including designs, specifications, cost estimates, and schedules.
  4. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure installations align with design specifications and industry standards.
  5. Identify potential challenges and bottlenecks in projects and devise efficient solutions.
  6. Provide mentorship to junior engineers and other team members, fostering professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

  1. Residency in or around Orange, CA, is mandatory.
  2. Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or higher.
  3. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial Plumbing/HVAC Project Engineering.
  4. Proven expertise in Revit and HAP software.
  5. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, adept at liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  6. A consistent and dependable work history that showcases commitment and reliability.
  7. Familiarity with local, state, and federal building codes and standards of plumbing and HVAC systems.
