Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and execute commercial plumbing and HVAC projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and contractors to meet project objectives and specifications.
- Oversee project financials, including budgets, bids, and contracts. Ensure all projects remain profitable without compromising quality.
- Review and analyze blueprints and technical drawings, ensuring alignment with project requirements and addressing potential challenges proactively.
- Ensure all projects comply with safety protocols, building codes, and other relevant regulations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
- Address and resolve project-related issues, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for excellence.
Qualifications:
- Must be local to Orange, CA.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a commercial HVAC and Plumbing Project Manager.
- Demonstrable proficiency in using OST Estimating and GANTT chart scheduling software.
- Hands-on experience with Bluebeam for project management.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects successfully.
- Excellent communication skills with an aptitude for building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
