Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

Overview: The Construction Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing and executing construction projects, ensuring they are completed in accordance with the project scope and schedule. This position involves close collaboration with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate the successful delivery of construction projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing projects from inception to completion, adhering to the contract scope and timelines.
  • Coordinate the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including submittals, shop drawings, and reports.
  • Obtain and analyze quotes from vendors and subcontractors, and assist in the selection process.
  • Manage and monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct site visits to oversee the installation processes and ensure alignment with project plans.
  • Maintain project records, including daily reports, change orders, and communication logs.

Requirements:

  • Up to 5 years of experience in the construction or related industry.
  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in standard office and project management software.
  • Local and stable work history.
