Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Over 15 years of experience in construction safety management, with a proven track record in leading safety initiatives for commercial construction projects, particularly in critical facilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams to prioritize safety.
  • Must be based in Seattle, WA, or willing to relocate, with a stable and successful professional history.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar professional safety certification.
  • Direct experience with safety management in data centers, healthcare facilities, and other critical environments.
