Key Responsibilities:

  1. Spearhead sales initiatives for commercial BAS controls systems, encompassing all stages from lead identification to deal finalization.
  2. Leverage profound product insights to offer prospective clients bespoke solutions tailored to their needs.
  3. Engage proactively with clientele, discerning their requirements and proposing optimal system solutions, ensuring peak system efficacy and unmatched client satisfaction.
  4. Partner seamlessly with our engineering and project management brigades to guarantee fluid transitions from sales phases to execution.
  5. Impart expert knowledge from hands-on exposure to BAS facets like installation, servicing, programming, and project stewardship.
  6. Cultivate and nurture enduring customer bonds, continually gauging their evolving prerequisites and presenting solutions that solidify our stance as their go-to provider.
  7. Remain current on industry dynamics, rival propositions, and technological innovations to ensure our offerings remain a cut above the rest.
  8. Furnish accurate project estimates and quotations, balancing company profitability with unparalleled client value.

Qualifications:

  • Must be locally based in San Diego, CA.
  • A track record of stable professional engagements.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of combined experience in installation, service, programming, sales, estimating, and project management related to BAS controls.
  • Strong technical knowledge of BAS systems, HVAC, and related controls.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communicative, and negotiation prowess.
  • Robust analytical skills paired with a strategic approach to sales.
