Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of building automation control projects, ensuring they are executed within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with project teams to oversee the installation, servicing, start-up, and programming of control systems in various commercial settings.
- Utilize AutoCAD to create, review, and modify project design drawings and schematics as needed.
- Provide support in identifying and resolving control system issues as they arise, working to ensure efficient project execution.
- Contribute to the documentation and reporting of project progress and results.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of their requirements and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in building automation controls project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for designing and reviewing project drawings.
- A solid understanding of the installation, servicing, start-up, and programming of building automation projects in a range of commercial facilities.
- A Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred.
- Possession of Tridium, Niagara, or N4 certifications is considered a significant advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
