Responsibilities:
Assist with the comprehensive management of building automation control projects, ensuring they meet or exceed expectations regarding scope, timing, and budget.
Work closely with project teams to manage the installation, servicing, start-up, and programming of control systems across various commercial projects.
Utilize AutoCAD to develop, assess, and adjust project design drawings and schematics to ensure accuracy and functionality.
Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any control system issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Maintain detailed documentation and regular reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.
Engage effectively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction by thoroughly understanding and meeting their requirements.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of proven experience in project management within the building automation controls sector.
Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD for the creation and modification of project design drawings.
Comprehensive knowledge of the installation, service, start-up, and programming processes for building automation systems in commercial settings.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is highly preferred.
Certifications in Tridium, Niagara, or N4 are highly regarded.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
