Summary
We are looking for a skilled Building Automation Controls Programmer to join our team in Riverside, CA. The ideal candidate will be a local resident with a stable work history and at least three years of experience in building automation controls programming. This role involves working on commercial building projects such as schools, airports, high-rises, hotels, arenas, labs, and data centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Programming and Integration: Develop and implement control strategies for building automation systems.
- Project Management: Oversee installation, startup, commissioning, point-to-point checks, and integration tasks.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for building automation systems.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
Qualifications
- Local and Stable Work History: Must be a local candidate with a stable work history in the building automation industry.
- Experience: Minimum of three years in building automation controls programming.
- Certifications: Preferred certifications include ALC, Allerton, DISTEC, Tridium Niagara, and N4.
- Educational Background: Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field is advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Experience with installation, startup, commissioning, point-to-point, integration, and graphics is beneficial.
