Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of building automation and controls projects, from inception to completion.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are aligned with project delivery.

- Oversee the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, lighting controls, and security systems integration.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and direct diverse teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in financial management, with a solid understanding of budgeting and financial planning.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively negotiate and manage client relationships.
