Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring project deliverables meet these requirements.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team, providing direction and support to achieve project goals.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accuracy.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee the documentation and reporting process, ensuring all project details are accurately recorded.

Qualifications:
  • Resident of San Jose, CA, with knowledge of the local market.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management within the controls or building automation industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical or Controls Engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills.
  • Expertise in control systems, software programming, and system integration.
  • Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
