Responsibilities:

- Diligently manage project finances from budget planning to cost control, optimizing resource allocation.
- Proactively identify project risks and challenges, devising and implementing effective mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience managing control systems or building automation projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with a strong preference for professional certifications in project management.
- Deep knowledge of control system design, implementation, and optimization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, capable of navigating complex project landscapes.
- Demonstrated financial acumen in budgeting and financial project management.
- Must be a resident of Chicago, IL, or willing to relocate, with a stable professional background and familiarity with the local market.
