Qualifications:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the controls or building automation sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Advanced degrees or project management certifications (e.g., PMP) are advantageous.
- Strong technical background in control systems, with expertise in HVAC controls, lighting controls, and security systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex projects effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Financial management skills, with experience in budgeting and financial project oversight.
- Must be based in Columbus, OH, or willing to relocate. A solid and stable work history is preferred.
