Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Drive and exceed revenue targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance on controls systems, collaborating with clients and internal teams.
- Project Management: Oversee controls projects, ensuring successful installation, start-up, and commissioning.
- Design and Engineering: Contribute to design and engineering phases, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Estimating: Develop accurate project estimates covering installation, service, start-up, and commissioning costs.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring overall satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial building automation controls.
- Stable work history with proven success in controls sales and project management.
- Expertise in Alerton, ALC, Tridium Niagara, Distech, N4 Certification, and prion installation, service, start-up, commissioning, point-to-point, programming, estimating, sales, design, and engineering.
- Strong understanding of controls industry standards and best practices.
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to successfully manage projects or accounts.
- Local presence in San Diego, CA, or willingness to relocate.
