Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Controls Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building automation controls, including installation, service, start-up, and programming. Experience with commercial buildings such as hospitals, schools, airports, universities, and labs is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Install, service, start-up, and program building automation control systems
- Troubleshoot and repair control systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on control systems
- Work with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Document all work performed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in building automation controls
- Familiarity with installation, service, start-up, and programming of building automation projects in commercial buildings
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (preferred)
- Tridium, Niagara, or N4 certifications (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
