Key Qualifications

  • Experience in control installation, service, start-up, and commissioning.
  • Mastery of point-to-point testing and building automation programming.
  • Niagara Tridium N4 Certification is highly desired.
  • A solid foundation, spanning 3-5 years, in the controls domain.
  • Consistent and reliable professional background.

Core Responsibilities

  • Undertake the installation, service, and commissioning of building automation control systems for a diverse set of commercial and industrial clientele.
  • Conduct start-up procedures and point-to-point tests, ensuring systems function at their peak.
  • Program system controllers and user interfaces align with project guidelines.
  • Diagnose and rectify system components when needed, guaranteeing optimal operation.
  • Engage actively with the project ensemble, absorbing the project's scope, timelines, and client anticipations.
  • Extend technical support to clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Record all service operations in detail, including components used and hours logged, and sustain a comprehensive service diary.

Required Skills:

  • Verifiable technical expertise in building automation systems, encompassing control installation and programming.
  • Analytical and problem-solving acumen for system diagnostics.
  • Capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on precision and quality.
  • Acquaintance with industry benchmarks and safety protocols.
  • Niagara Tridium N4 Certification is preferred.
