Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years in commercial mechanical construction, focusing on critical facilities.
- Proficient with construction software such as BlueBeam and Timberline.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
