Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
  • Over 15 years of experience in engineering and project management within the realm of commercial mechanical construction, specifically in critical facilities.
  • Proficiency in utilizing engineering and construction software, including BlueBeam and Timberline, to analyze and optimize system designs.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a strong focus on strategic planning and effective communication.
  • Residency in Seattle, WA, or willingness to relocate, supported by a stable and accomplished professional background.

Preferred Skills:
  • Direct experience with the engineering and management of HVAC & Plumbing systems in data centers, healthcare facilities, and other critical environments.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Seattle's local building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
