Dispatcher/Service Coordinator (Commercial HVAC)

The primary point of contact for service technicians, customers, sales team, and service manager.
Maintain, coordinate, prioritize, and schedule multiple service technicians for all maintenance and urgent repair service-related work.
Maintain and update call logs, track work orders, time cards, and vehicle maintenance.
Three or more years of coordination and dispatching experience working for a commercial HVAC service company.
Local and stable work history.
Familar with Dispatch/Service Coordination software such as IFS or similar.
Associates Degree or higher.
Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish.
