- Conduct plumbing service, maintenance, and troubleshooting in high-rise buildings.

- Adhere to all local plumbing codes and regulations to ensure compliance and safety.
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls with promptness and reliability.
- Accurately document service activities, including parts used and labor time.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and team members.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in plumbing service with a focus on high-rise buildings.
- Required backflow prevention certification.
- Deep understanding of plumbing systems and the ability to manage complex plumbing repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Stable work history and references.
- Preference for candidates based in or near Phoenix, AZ.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Prior experience working with property management firms.
