Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support the company's objectives and culture.
- Oversee talent acquisition, retention strategies, and succession planning.
- Design and manage processes to evaluate employee performance and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Direct and oversee the creation of training and development programs to support employee growth and skill enhancement.
- Design competitive compensation structures and benefits packages.
- Foster positive employee relations, address grievances and mediate workplace disputes.
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures align with local, state, and federal laws.
- Promote an inclusive workplace culture and develop initiatives to support diversity.
- Lead the HR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Must be local to Orange County, CA.
- A minimum of 15 years in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in an HR Director role or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
