Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to produce sustainable revenue, achieve higher project capture rates, and maximize project gross margins.
- Manage the design/build process, including overseeing key design sub-consultants, communicating budget impacts to clients, and safeguarding project profitability.
- Accurately forecast sales and meet or exceed annual sales targets.
- Maintain full transparency of sales activities and efforts.
- Project a positive and professional company image in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HVAC and plumbing sales or a closely related field.
- Strong ability to lead sales processes from initial contact through to project turnover.
- Experience in managing client relationships and developing targeted sales strategies.
- Familiarity with reviewing and commenting on project contracts.
- Local and stable work history in sales within the commercial mechanical construction industry.
