Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the conceptualization and development of HVAC system designs tailored for commercial projects, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company criteria.
  • Interpret and analyze project blueprints, specifications, and related documents to formulate accurate and efficient designs.
  • Employ AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software tools to craft, refine, and test HVAC design layouts and schemes.
  • Interface with the sales and implementation units to fine-tune design solutions that resonate with client specifications and needs.
  • Stay abreast of the newest HVAC technologies, innovations, and industry best practices, integrating cutting-edge methods into design projects.
  • Engage with clients, contractors, and relevant stakeholders throughout the design phase to ensure alignment, address challenges, and provide expert recommendations.
  • Ensure punctual completion of design tasks, adhering to set budgets and surpassing quality benchmarks.
  • Engage in continual learning, attending workshops and training sessions to maintain and amplify domain expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Residency in or proximate to Orange, CA.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC design.
  • Proficiency in HVAC design software tools, mainly AutoCAD and Revit.
  • A solid grounding in HVAC principles, systems, methodologies, and relevant regulations.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the capacity to contribute collaboratively within a diverse team.
  • Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A commendable work history denoting commitment, consistency, and specialization in previous roles.
