Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptualization and design of advanced HVAC systems tailored for commercial projects.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Revit software to design, simulate, and analyze HVAC system layouts and schematics.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of architects, project managers, and engineers to ensure designs are efficient, sustainable, and feasible for implementation.
- Continuously review and optimize HVAC designs, ensuring they align with client requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
- Analyze and interpret project blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings, incorporating feedback into design iterations.
- Stay updated with emerging HVAC technologies, materials, and design trends to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.
- Participate in project meetings, presenting designs, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Must be locally based in Orange, CA.
- Demonstrated stable work history.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC design and engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software for HVAC design tasks.
- Strong analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
