Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales campaigns, emphasizing the Los Angeles commercial HVAC market and its vicinity.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients while proactively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Provide expert consultations to clients, understanding their needs and recommending the most suitable HVAC equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical and after-sales teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to the company's overall growth strategy.
  • Attend industry trade shows, seminars, and workshops to maintain a strong presence and network within the HVAC community.

Qualifications:

  • Must reside in or near Los Angeles, CA.
  • A consistent and stable work history.
  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or a higher degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC equipment sales.
  • Comprehensive technical understanding regarding commercial HVAC products such as RTUs, Chillers, Boilers, and VRFs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and close deals effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail, ensuring client requirements are precisely met.
