Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead sales initiatives, focusing on the Orange commercial HVAC market and its surrounding areas.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with current clients while actively identifying and pursuing potential business ventures.
  • Offer detailed consultations to clients, pinpointing their needs and suggesting the optimal HVAC equipment solutions.
  • Forge a close alliance with the technical and support teams to ensure consistent client satisfaction and garner repeat business.
  • Reliably achieve or surpass the set monthly and yearly sales quotas, playing a significant role in the firm's overarching growth vision.


  • Residence in or proximity to Orange, CA.
  • Demonstrable stability in professional endeavors.
  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or an advanced equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years of active involvement in commercial HVAC equipment sales.
  • Profound technical knowledge of commercial HVAC products, notably RTUs, Chillers, Boilers, and VRFs.
  • Superior interpersonal abilities paired with practical communication skills, ensuring robust client engagement and successful deal closures.
