Responsibilities:
- Prepare competitive project bids based on client specifications.
- Collaborate with the sales team for project proposals and presentations.
- Conduct site visits to assess project scope and gather information.
- Assist in coordinating projects for timely execution.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Attend client meetings and industry events to promote HVAC services.
- Utilize Bluebeam software for accurate estimating.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC installation or service experience.
- At least 2 years of HVAC estimating experience for commercial projects.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam or similar estimating software.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Stable work history with references.
