Job Title: Commercial HVAC Fabrication/Shop Manager
Location: Raleigh, NC
We are actively seeking a seasoned Commercial HVAC Fabrication/Shop Manager to lead our fabrication team in Raleigh. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of fabrication experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of key fabrication software and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations within the HVAC fabrication shop, ensuring projects are completed to the highest quality standards and within expected timelines.
- Use your extensive fabrication experience to guide a variety of HVAC fabrication projects.
- Implement, manage, and troubleshoot fabrication software such as AutoCAD, BIM, and Trimble, ensuring seamless integration with fabrication equipment.
- Supervise, guide, and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Enforce and adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
- Collaborate with other managers and teams to streamline fabrication processes and improve workflows.
- Oversee equipment maintenance schedules and manage equipment procurement to ensure the shop is always prepared for efficient operations.
- Take the lead in the planning and execution of complex fabrication projects.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in HVAC fabrication is required.
- A minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial role within a fabrication setting.
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD, BIM, and Trimble Fabrication software.
- In-depth understanding of the integration of fabrication software with fabrication equipment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Stable work history demonstrating consistency and dedication.
- Must be local to or willing to relocate to Raleigh, NC.
