As an Inside Parts HVAC Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving sales and building lasting relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting the appropriate HVAC parts, components, and equipment to meet their needs

  • Provide accurate and detailed product information, technical support, and pricing

  • Generate and follow up on sales leads, quotes, and orders

  • Continuously expand your knowledge of HVAC products, industry trends, and customer needs to better serve our clientele

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to reach sales targets

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, while actively seeking out and engaging with new clients

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner

  • Process orders, returns, and credits accurately and efficiently

  • Communicate regularly with suppliers to ensure product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules

  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay current on industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in a related field is a plus

  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC sales, customer service, or a related role

  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC parts, components, and equipment

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
