Location: Phoenix, AZ

Job Summary:

The HVAC Project Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business and managing existing accounts in the Phoenix area. This role sells HVAC systems and solutions to commercial and residential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify potential clients and develop relationships to promote HVAC products and services.
Client Consultation: Assess client needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions, including system design and project cost estimation.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Project Coordination: Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution, from initial sale to final installation.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about local market trends, potential opportunities, and competitive landscape.
After-Sales Support: Provide ongoing support and service to clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management on sales performance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in HVAC sales or related fields.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and market trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Phoenix area.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
Technical knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.
