Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Commercial HVAC Project Sales professional to join our team in Riverside, CA. The successful candidate will be a local expert with a stable work history and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC installation or service. Additionally, the candidate should have at least 2 years of estimating experience and be familiar with Bluebeam. Previous experience working on large commercial projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Sales: Drive sales efforts for commercial HVAC projects, collaborating with clients to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent communication and understanding of project requirements.
  • Estimating: Utilize estimating expertise to provide accurate and competitive project bids.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage a solid background in commercial HVAC installation or service to support sales efforts and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Bluebeam Proficiency: Use Bluebeam and other relevant tools for efficient and accurate project estimation.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with project teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including bids, proposals, and related materials.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation or service.
  • At least 2 years of experience in estimating for commercial HVAC projects.
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam and other relevant tools for estimating.
  • Previous experience working on large commercial projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Local candidate with a stable work history.
