Job Title: HVAC Project Sales Specialist

Overview: This position serves as a critical bridge between clients, sales teams, and product manufacturers in the commercial mechanical construction industry, focusing on facilitating communication, project management, and support through various stages of sales and project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients and sales teams to identify and pursue project opportunities, including gathering necessary documents and specifications for bids.
  • Utilize software tools for equipment selection and pricing, and prepare detailed quotations and proposals.
  • Manage project documentation, including submittals, orders, shipping information, and closeout documents, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Offer engineering support, attend customer and job site visits, and participate in professional development and training sessions to maintain product and technical knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in HVAC or related technical field, with a preference for a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Local candidate with a stable work history and 3+ years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience in sales, project management, or related roles within the commercial mechanical construction or HVAC sector.
