Position Summary

The Commercial HVAC Equipment Regional Sales Engineer will drive sales of our HVAC solutions across the designated region. With a focus on client satisfaction and long-term relationships, this role requires a deep technical understanding of HVAC systems and equipment and exceptional sales skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals within the commercial HVAC sector.
  • Identify potential clients and decision-makers and develop strong business relationships with them.
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to educate clients about our HVAC products and services.
  • Provide technical support and solutions to clients during pre-sales, installation, and after-sales processes.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction, work closely with internal teams, including engineering, customer service, and logistics.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to the management team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8+ years of HVAC equipment sales experience in the commercial sector.
  • Deep technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in sales, with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • A stable work history is essential.
