Job Title: HVAC Service Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Efficiently coordinate and schedule service calls and maintenance visits for commercial HVAC systems, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assign and dispatch service technicians to appropriate locations, considering the urgency of service calls, technician availability, and expertise.
- Monitor the status and outcomes of dispatched service calls, adjusting schedules to accommodate urgent requests or unforeseen issues.
- Assist in preparing and processing service invoices, work orders, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, identifying and addressing their needs and expectations and ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle client complaints and issues professionally and efficiently, escalating them as necessary to ensure resolution.
Qualifications:
- Must be local to San Jose, CA.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial service coordinating.
- Demonstrable stable work history.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
