Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Sales/Estimator to join our team in San Diego, CA. This is an opportunity to play a key role in our organization, contributing to the growth and success of our commercial HVAC services. The successful candidate will demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, along with a strong track record in commercial HVAC service and project sales and estimating.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing outstanding customer service, understanding their HVAC needs, and recommending suitable solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and estimates for commercial HVAC services and projects.
Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather necessary data for preparing accurate estimates.
Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for projects or services.
Coordinate with other team members to optimize service offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and latest HVAC technologies to maintain the company's competitive edge.
Meet and exceed sales goals, while ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial HVAC service, sales, and estimating.
Extensive knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and an understanding of service contracts.
Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Must have a stable work history and be based in or willing to relocate to San Diego, CA.
Proficiency with estimation software and Microsoft Office suite.
