Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Sales/Estimator to join our team in San Diego, CA. This is an opportunity to play a key role in our organization, contributing to the growth and success of our commercial HVAC services. The successful candidate will demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, along with a strong track record in commercial HVAC service and project sales and estimating.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing outstanding customer service, understanding their HVAC needs, and recommending suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and estimates for commercial HVAC services and projects.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather necessary data for preparing accurate estimates.
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for projects or services.
- Coordinate with other team members to optimize service offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and latest HVAC technologies to maintain the company's competitive edge.
- Meet and exceed sales goals, while ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial HVAC service, sales, and estimating.
- Extensive knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and an understanding of service contracts.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Must have a stable work history and be based in or willing to relocate to San Diego, CA.
- Proficiency with estimation software and Microsoft Office suite.
