Location: San Jose, CA - Preference for candidates already residing locally or those willing to relocate permanently to the San Jose area.
Key Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales and customer service.
A stable work history that demonstrates reliability and professional growth.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, technologies, and the commercial market.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with commercial clients, offering tailored HVAC solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and serve as a liaison between the client and our technical team.
Identify new business opportunities, present proposals, and negotiate contracts.
Conduct site visits to assess client needs and work closely with the engineering team to develop solutions.
Maintain a sales pipeline and meet or exceed sales targets.
Coordinate with the project management team to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
Address and resolve any issues or complaints, ensuring client satisfaction.
Prepare and present monthly and quarterly sales reports to senior management.
