Location: San Jose, CA - Preference for candidates already residing locally or those willing to relocate permanently to the San Jose area.
Key Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales and customer service.
- A stable work history that demonstrates reliability and professional growth.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, technologies, and the commercial market.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with commercial clients, offering tailored HVAC solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and serve as a liaison between the client and our technical team.
- Identify new business opportunities, present proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and work closely with the engineering team to develop solutions.
- Maintain a sales pipeline and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Coordinate with the project management team to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly sales reports to senior management.
