We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial HVAC Service/Project Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in commercial HVAC service and project sales, with a track record of successful selling to facility managers. You should possess a deep understanding of HVAC systems, services, and projects. As the HVAC Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will be to develop new business, manage existing accounts, and create value-adding solutions for our customers. This role requires a local presence in Orange County, CA.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the complete sales process for commercial HVAC services and projects, including prospecting, lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
Establish and maintain relationships with facility managers, engineers, contractors, and other decision-makers.
Work closely with clients to assess their needs, provide HVAC solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop a deep understanding of our services and stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technology developments.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with our service and project teams to ensure effective project execution.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and project sales.
Proven record of successful selling to facility managers.
Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, services, and projects.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Must be local to Orange County, CA or willing to relocate.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
