Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure sales opportunities for HVAC services and building automation control projects within the commercial sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive sales proposals, effectively presenting them to potential clients.
  • Engage in negotiations with clients to close sales, ensuring mutual value and adherence to company policies.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, sales opportunities, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  1. Must be local to San Diego, CA.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC and building automation controls service and project sales.
  3. Demonstrable stable work history.
  4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  6. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
