Job Title: Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Summary: We are seeking a highly-skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role requires a professional with extensive hands-on experience in the service and repair of commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of diagnosing and rectifying issues with RTUs, splits, mini-splits, boilers, chillers, and VRFs, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, splits, mini-splits, boilers, chillers, and VRFs to identify faults and malfunctions.
  2. Repairs & Maintenance: Conduct regular service checks, perform necessary repairs, replace parts, and maintain HVAC systems to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
  3. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to our clients by explaining the diagnosis, needed repairs, and providing maintenance tips when necessary.
  4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of each service visit, including detailed reports on work performed, parts used, and time spent.
  5. Safety: Follow company and industry safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and colleagues.
  6. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in the HVAC industry, and attend relevant training and workshops when necessary.

Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of commercial HVAC service and repair experience.
  2. Hands-on experience with RTUs, splits, mini-splits, boilers, chillers, and VRFs. Experience with VRF systems is highly preferred.
  3. Ability to diagnose complex mechanical and electronic issues, and perform necessary repairs.
  4. Strong understanding of safety protocols and industry best practices.
  5. Must possess valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
  6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
