HVAC/BAS Sales Account Manager in Seattle, WA

Summary

We are seeking a friendly and experienced HVAC/BAS Sales Account Manager for our Seattle, WA location. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history, excellent sales and account management skills, and experience with building automation controls systems for HVAC equipment. 

Responsibilities
  • Sales and Estimating: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prepare estimates, and close sales with new and existing customers.
  • Account Management: Manage and oversee HVAC and BAS service accounts, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and account status.

Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, estimating, and managing accounts in the HVAC industry.
  • Location: Must be based in Seattle, WA, with a stable work history.
  • Sales Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
