Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee HVAC and BAS service accounts, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and nurture lasting client relationships, understanding their unique needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the technical team to address specific client requirements efficiently.
  • Provide technical expertise and insights during client meetings, offering tailored solutions to their HVAC/BAS challenges.
  • Utilize construction software tools to design, manage, and execute projects to the highest standards.
  • Continuously monitor and report on accounts' progress, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the agreed-upon scope.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in the HVAC/BAS domain.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams, ensuring optimal account growth and profitability.
  • Ensure projects comply with all federal, state, and local regulations and are in line with ASHRAE and LEED guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Residency in or around Seattle, WA.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Hold a BAS, EIT, or PE license.
  • LEED AP Certification.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC/BAS service.
  • Proficient with construction software, including but not limited to AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, Glue, MS Project, BlueBeam, Primavera, Timberline, Procore, Prolog, Quickpen, and Trimble Autobid.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and service excellence.
