Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, management, and execution of commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Review, interpret, and act on blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure projects align with client needs and industry standards.
  • Utilize estimating and scheduling software to predict project timelines, allocate resources, and assess cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement project management best practices and monitor project progress using tools like Bluebeam.
  • Address any on-site issues or challenges, ensuring minimal impact on project deliverables and timeline.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations of HVAC and plumbing installations.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets, approve expenditures, and analyze project profitability.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Mentor and guide project teams, fostering collaboration, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC and plumbing project management experience.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale HVAC and plumbing projects.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific estimating, scheduling, and project visualization software, including Bluebeam.
  • Strong ability to read, interpret, and execute based on blueprints and design specifications.
  • Demonstrated stable work history with a track record of completed projects.
  • Must be a resident or willing to relocate.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications in project management.
  • Advanced training or certifications in HVAC and plumbing systems.
