Role Overview:
Join our team as an Inside Sales Representative focused on HVAC and Sheet Metal products and services in Las Vegas, NV. This crucial role combines inside sales with customer relationship management, sales tracking, and project management. You'll work closely with the Inside Sales Manager to ensure our HVAC and Sheet Metal offerings meet our clients' needs efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain professional relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Develop and prepare accurate quotes and contracts; respond promptly to all customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive customer service and project management.
- Efficiently manage your time to meet all project deadlines and sales goals.
- Uphold the company's commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, teamwork, and integrity in all interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; additional certification or training in HVAC or related fields is advantageous.
- At least five years of experience in sales within the commercial HVAC and/or Sheet Metal industry.
- Demonstrated track record of successful client acquisition, retention, and account expansion.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word, with the ability to quickly learn and utilize new software and sales tracking tools.
