Job Title: Commercial HVAC Superintendent

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to lead our commercial HVAC team in providing top-notch installation, maintenance, and repair services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating activities of HVAC workers on various commercial projects.
- Ensuring all installation, maintenance, and repair jobs are completed within budget and time frame.
- Overseeing all aspects of the project from initial planning to completion, including cost estimation, scheduling, and coordination with other trades.
- Training and mentoring HVAC team members to improve skills and productivity.
- Maintaining a strong working relationship with clients, contractors, architects, and other key stakeholders.
- Implementing safety procedures and ensuring that all worksites are compliant with safety regulations.
- Handling job-related paperwork such as work orders, timesheets, and incident reports.
- Resolving job-site issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- A valid HVAC Technician certification.
- Excellent knowledge of current HVAC systems, practices, and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using job-related software for scheduling, cost estimation, and project management.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
