Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all aspects of HVAC piping and sheet metal installation projects, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate with project managers, design engineers, and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of HVAC projects.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations on the construction site and ensure work is progressing as planned.
- Monitor the installation of HVAC systems in commercial settings, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and direction to installation teams, ensuring optimal productivity and resolving any onsite issues promptly.
- Ensure all installation procedures adhere to local codes, regulations, and company guidelines.
- Participate in project planning and scheduling, providing insight into the installation process and timelines.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure all work is being performed to the highest standards and promptly address any discrepancies found.
Qualifications:
- Must be local to Norfolk, VA.
- A stable work history with at least ten years of experience in commercial HVAC piping and sheet metal installation.
- Demonstrable leadership experience and the ability to manage multiple installation teams effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, installation procedures, and relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
