Key Responsibilities:
Installation, servicing, and repair of large-scale commercial mechanical equipment, notably RTUs, chillers, boilers, and VRFs.
Diagnose system malfunctions, identify failures' root causes, and devise suitable solutions.
Undertake regular maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring their efficient performance and extended lifespan.
Engage proficiently within diverse commercial settings like hospitals, schools, data centers, and labs, ensuring comprehensive HVAC solutions are delivered.
Collaborate seamlessly with the engineering and service departments, ensuring all undertakings conclude timely and align with the industry's top standards.
Stay updated on contemporary advancements in HVAC technology and methodologies to keep our offerings state-of-the-art.
Guide clients on efficient system operations, preventive maintenance, and energy-conservation practices.
Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and standards during operations, guaranteeing a secure environment for the entire team.
Qualifications:
Must be based locally in Sacramento, CA.
A consistent and stable work background.
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a commercial HVAC technician.
Must possess a valid EPA Universal Certification.
Proficient expertise and practical experience with major commercial mechanical systems such as RTUs, chillers, boilers, VRFs, etc.
Adaptability to operate across various commercial settings, including but not limited to hospitals, schools, data centers, and labs.
Outstanding diagnostic, troubleshooting, and technical understanding.
Excellent interpersonal and communication faculties, vital for teamwork and customer interactions.
