Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee our technology systems and operations in Salt Lake City, UT. The ideal candidate will lead a team of IT professionals and ensure the smooth functioning of our Microsoft 365 systems, Entra ID, Intune, Apple Business Manager, and other critical infrastructure components. Responsibilities:
- Lead Microsoft 365 systems, including SharePoint, MS Teams, OneDrive, and others.
- Manage Entra ID, Intune, and Apple Business Manager.
- Oversee systems management, migration, and standardization.
- Monitor IT performance, budget, and cost efficiency.
- Supervise a team of IT professionals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 5+ years of Server Platform Management experience.
- 3+ years of team supervision.
- Proficiency in Windows, Office 365, and Mac.
- Project coordination and ITIL Foundations are preferred.
- Scripting knowledge (PowerShell/VB/Python) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Sophos Firewalls, Ubiquity, and project tools.
