Overview:
We are looking for a Lead Civil Engineering Specialist with a strong background in civil design and project management. This individual will play a crucial role in overseeing the development and execution of civil engineering practices for commercial construction projects. The role demands a high level of expertise in surveying, planning, and design, with a focus on delivering projects that meet rigorous standards and client expectations.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all phases of civil engineering design development, ensuring projects adhere to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Supervise multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating closely with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
Lead efforts in drainage, grading, and utility design, contributing specialized knowledge to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) License.
A minimum of 20 years of experience in civil design and project management, with a strong foundation in land development, infrastructure design, and utility planning.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Preferred:
Experience with commercial construction projects, particularly those involving the Department of Defense.
Ability to travel to job sites as needed to oversee project execution and provide expert guidance.
