Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the installation and commissioning of building automation systems, guaranteeing optimal functionality and compliance with all specifications.
  • Manage routine service, maintenance, and repair of control systems, applying advanced diagnostic techniques.
  • Provide leadership and technical guidance to junior technicians, enhancing their skills and promoting professional development.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the installation, start-up, and commissioning of building automation controls.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in point-to-point controls and extensive familiarity with automation systems.
  • Skilled in the use of programming software specific to building controls.
  • Possession of a valid Oregon driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Established local work history in Portland, OR, reflecting commitment and professional growth in the controls industry.
