Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and designs, transforming them into actionable plans for the fabrication team.
- Utilize AutoCAD, BIM, and Trimble to develop, modify, and evaluate intricate fabrication designs.
- Ensure all projects align with industry standards, company guidelines, and client specifications.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures, consistently maintaining the highest standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure timely delivery of projects and client satisfaction.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met without compromising quality.
- Train, mentor, and manage shop staff, promoting a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Regularly assess equipment, tools, and machinery, ensuring they are well-maintained and updated as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Must reside in or near Jacksonville, NC.
- Demonstrable stable employment history, reflecting dedication and expertise.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial mechanical fabrication management.
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD, BIM, and Trimble.
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical fabrication techniques, best practices, and industry standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive a team towards excellence.
